Who we are

Rexie Labs LLC ("Rexie Labs", "we", "us") operates the Allo AI phone receptionist service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our websites (rexielabs.com, allo.rexielabs.com) and the Allo product.

Information we collect

We collect information in three categories:

• Account data you provide — your name, email, password, business name, address, hours, services, FAQs, escalation phone, payment method, and anything else you enter into your knowledge base or dashboard.
• Caller data from inbound calls — the caller's phone number, the transcript of the conversation, any details the caller shares (name, address, reason for calling), and metadata such as call duration and outcome. We do not store call audio.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited on our websites, collected through standard server logs and first-party analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to operate and improve the Service: answer your calls, run the AI assistant, show you your call history and messages, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.

Call transcription and AI disclosure

Every call answered by Allo is transcribed in real time. The AI assistant discloses to each caller at the start of the call that they are speaking with an AI and that the call is transcribed. The transcript is stored in your dashboard so you can review the conversation. You are responsible for any additional notices required by your jurisdiction (for example, state-specific two-party consent rules).

Third parties we share data with

We share data only with vetted sub-processors who help us operate the Service. By category:

• Telephony and carrier providers — to place and route calls to and from your Allo number. They receive caller and business phone numbers and call metadata.
• AI speech and language providers — to power real-time conversation, transcription, and summarization. They receive call audio and conversation content during the call. We require that content submitted through their APIs is not used to train their models.
• Payment processors — to manage subscriptions and invoicing. They receive your name, email, and payment method. We never see full card numbers.
• Infrastructure, hosting, and email delivery providers — to run the application and send transactional email.
• Error monitoring and analytics providers — to detect and diagnose issues. They receive technical error reports and limited request metadata.

We require every sub-processor to handle data consistent with this policy. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at hello@rexielabs.com.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Call transcripts and caller records are retained for the life of your subscription so you can review and respond to callers. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, billing records).

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted secrets at rest, least-privilege access controls, and error monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; report any suspected vulnerability to security@rexielabs.com.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time through the dashboard or by emailing hello@rexielabs.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Allo is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

International use

Allo operates from the United States and is intended for US-based businesses. If you use Allo from outside the US, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the US.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and email you about material changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
